Chiang Mai trekking features a half day trekking to Karen Hill tribe. See the beauty of the simple lifestyle of the Karen tribe, enjoy local food and rest in a naturally built wooden house. Also visit national parks to admire beautiful waterfalls and hot springs as well as catch the view of Doi Chiang Dao, the highest mountain in Thailand.
Get the thrill of a lifetime by rafting down Mae Tang River on a bamboo boat. This 12 km, 3 hrs ride will take you to the local elephant sanctuary where you will spend quality time feeding and bathing Thai elephants.

On your arrival at Suvarnabhumi (or Don Mueang) Airport, you will be welcomed and transferred to your hotel. Relax and take an overnight rest.
Early morning drive from Chiang Mai City to the national park. Stop by the local market along the way. Enjoy beautiful waterfalls and hot springs in the national park. After some rest and lunch you will start the trek to nearby Karen hill which lasts about 3 hours.
Surrounded by lush jungle, Karen Hill is home to local Karen Tribe whose unique natural lifestyle you will appreciate. This is a great opportunity to taste authentic Thai-Food and spend overnight in a natural wooden hut. The hill affords a beautiful view of 3rd Doi Chiang Dao (2,175m), Thailand’s highest mountain.
Have your breakfast and get ready for a full day of adventure activities. Take a short hike to the entry point of Mae Tang River, then climb on a bamboo boat and raft down Mae Tang River. After 2 hrs of rafting, drive to the elephant sanctuary where you can enjoy watching elephants, bathing them in a nearby river. In the late afternoon, you will head back to Chiang Mai City.
According to your flight timing, we will transfer you to Suvarnabhumi or Don Muang Airport for final departure.
